"I took my dog here to Button Brand on a recommendation from my neighbor after a terrible experience at another vet (also reviewed) a few days prior. I took him to the first vet initially because he started bleeding from his mouth and wouldn't stop. That vet gave me absolutely no indication of what he believed the problem to be, just a bunch of hypothetical problems, he didn't even try to stop the bleeding. Over the weekend my dog began collapsing and SO... I brought him to Button Brand for a second opinion fully expecting to have to euthanize him. Dr. Hays was really great and very forthcoming. He ran blood work on site at the time of the visit and had the results within 30 minutes. Turns out he's only got an infection and low platelets from the blood loss. My dogs prognosis is actually much better than I could ever have expected. I look forward to (hopefully) many more years with my buddy! I couldn't be happier :)"

Bunch Brand animal clinic got us in to see the Vet ( Dr. Hays) right away.
Dr Hays diagnosed an intestinal obstruction. He stayed after hours to do the surgery
to save my dog. The procedure went perfect. I have been involved with showing dogs for 35 years and have dealt with many Vets. Dr Hays ranks at the top of my list.
He took the time to discuss my dogs situation and made us very comfortable with his knowledge and experience.

I used another vet for several years- he was great and the staff very good and quick. "On a Saturday afternoon my dog was in a lot pain (long story). The vet in Cloudcroft is not open on weekends and I couldn't stand to watch my dog suffer for two more days. I called Button Brand and Dr Hays answered the phone. I told him it was an emergency and he told me to come right down and he would relieve my dog's suffering. I was in tears when he told me that he could see me that day and I would not have to wait two more days to see the vet in Cloudcroft. I am so grateful for his emergency services! Also, Dr Hay's assistant was very helpful and understanding. He is a big guy and was able to carry my dog into the clinic. I could not have done it myself. I will forever be grateful to Dr Hays!"

"My family recently had an emergency and almost lost out youngest to parvo. I was out of town when it started and were 3 days into it over the weekend. they were able to squeeze him in as an emergency and got him fluids immediately.
